The Doctor
Evelyn Betsi was born in Middlesbrough, England and grew up in Athens.
She graduated from Arsakeio Psychiko and through Panhellenic Examinations she studied Medicine at the University of Athens.
She served at the Panarkadiko Hospital in Tripoli. In 2002 she started her specialty in General Surgery at the “Elpis” Hospital, next to Stamoulis Betsis, where she remained for two consecutive years. At the same time, she completed her Ph.D.
She then trained in Plastic Surgery exclusively in Switzerland, for ten years, where she completed her specialty in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery of the University Hospital of Lausanne (CHUV) for 5 consecutive years. She specialized in cosmetic and reconstructive face and breast surgery.
Her first position as curator was at the Center Hospitalier du Valais Romand in Switzerland for 3 years. In 2014 she returned to the University Hospital of Lausanne (CHUV) as a Lecturer. She has worked in several private clinics in Switzerland, such as the Clinic Lemanic and the Center de Chirurgie Plastique Lausanne. In 2014 she returned to Greece and maintains a private clinic in the center of Athens.
